Assalamu alaikum my darling,

How are you doing?

This episode will be a short one, given the late hour I'm typing this.

Since uni ended, I've been constantly on the go.

If I wasn’t at my main job, I was busy with other side projects and missions.

To be honest, it was all quite thrilling, and I didn’t feel like I needed a break—until recently, that is.

Waking up for work started to feel like a chore.

I’d go to bed exhausted and wake up even more tired.

Now, between you and me, it might have been my iron deficiency kicking in.

But I took it as a sign that I needed a break.

So, on Thursday, I spontaneously booked a flight to Holland.

Yes, you read that right!

InshaAllah, on Wednesday, I’ll be off to the Netherlands, enjoying weather that's similar to what we have here.

I’ll update you lovely ladies next week, inshaAllah, on how the trip goes and what I get up to!

In the meantime, I hope you have a wonderful week and make sure to include some time for yourself in your busy schedule.

I’ve noticed that whether we’re working on our careers, doing our jobs, taking care of the house, or endlessly scrolling through social media, we rarely take a moment to focus on ourselves and our well-being.

Remember, our bodies have a right over us, and we shouldn’t push them to the point of exhaustion.
