Reset your Habits 💟

habits for my habibti ;)

Assalamu Alaikum,

I hope this newsletter finds you in good health.

On this fine Sunday, we're diving into the world of self-improvement, where your journey to success begins.

I believe that Islam and self-improvement go hand in hand.

When we actively work on becoming better versions of ourselves, success often follows.

Now, I won't promise overnight transformations, but success has a remarkable way of finding us when we put in the effort.

Think of self-development as upgrading your iPhone.

You wouldn't skip the latest software updates or exciting new features, right?

Well, self-development is a similar process.

It involves enhancing your skills and qualities to become a better person.

We have endless opportunities to level up in various aspects of life – from our wellness journey to deepening our spirituality or advancing our professional careers.

Allah SWT encourages us to strive for excellence and actively discourages complacency.

My hope is that each day, we become 1% better than we were yesterday.

It's about progress, not perfection.

1. Show Up Regularly: Whether you commit to daily or weekly visits to our content, make it a habit. Consistency is key.

2. Make It Sticky: When something becomes sticky, it's hard to let go. Make your commitment to self-improvement just as sticky.

This week's task:

Add a small but consistent habit to move closer to your goals.

I'm committing to daily 10-minute Quran reading without excuses, aligning it with my Salah for added focus and rewards. Share your habit by emailing me, and let's motivate each other.

Remember, success is not a destination; it's a journey. Let's embark on it together.

Stay blessed,

Amal 💟
